Did you Photoshop these? I’m curious since the colors are simply brilliant, that Maxfield Parish thing you do so well, that blue jumping right off the page.
Nope! I actually lowered the light a bit because they were too much. They were that colourful and bright!
I just love the pink against that blue sky (I was pretty much blinded as I took it.)
And thank you π
Thank you. I’m just glad I see what’s around me ans want to capture it. That I do so in a pleasing manner leaves me chuffed (and encouraged by peeps like you!)
Late is good π
Happy Wednesday night to you.
I just loved the wild colours that are not supposed to match. And that one hibiscus against that blue sky… sigh… π
Now THAT is exactly what was needed as we venture forward towards what will hopefully be a pleasantly comfortable (not too hot, not too rainy) summer season. It’s not my favorite season but it can be divine.
So very glad you think so! And yeah… We might be dreaming in Technicolor for it to be not too hot. Those heatwaves that used to be one two-week period once in the summer are now more numerous. It’s not my favourite, either, truth be told.
It’s always too hot, isn’t it? After a winter of bitching and moaning about how freaking cold it is, what do we do? Yep, we bitch and moan about how hot it is! And you know what?
Oh dear… We have beautiful weather coming all week… OF course will be not quite as warm on Monday but we will be hitting mid-70s, up to 80 by next weekend (of course, that’s way too far ahead for me to believe ’em anyway!)
Dear Dale,
Stunning flower pictures. You do have the artist’s eye. Lovely.
Shalom and lotsa colourful hugs,
Rochelle

Dear Rochelle,
Thank you. That one hibiscus, stopped me in my tracks. That mix of pink, orange and fuchsia, we passed by daily… so pretty.

The first picture made me smile. It is comfort and acceptance. The second flower made me sit up straighter. It is strength and confidence. Well done!

Although late in the day, Happy Wednesday. The opening pic is fully of joy … the second is spring reaching toward the sun to enjoy the season.

Love it! Perfection as per usual here on WW.

We’re right. On both counts.
Keep it going!

You are always so generous.
And yes, it is. We bitch about the cold, we bitch about the rain and then we have the nerve to really bitch about the heat!
I like to think we are.
And you know I will!
