I can’t get over he got it when during its height, he was winging around the world like an eagle recruiting students for the University he works for. Made me take notice since, I don’t take the precautions that I should. If he could get it, I could be in the wings, no pun intended.
I didn’t know you had it. It’s becoming the norm around here. Just had my second booster yesterday I wasn’t going to have. But after David changed my mind.
Yes, I did. It was rough for one week, then I was pretty weak for another. Back up to snuff now!
Now, I probably won’t bother with the 2nd booster unless something more comes ’round.
With the severity of a lack of moisture, I don’t mind. Spring storms are not unusual (we had maybe 4″ last year the week of Mother’s Day). They come in quickly, dump their moisture and leave quickly. And there’s hardly any shoveling necessary π I will have to cover a few plants that I planted but even with temps in the high 20’s, I’m hoping they’ll be ok.
There is that. They never stay long – we’ve been known to have snow in May, too.
You get all the moisture you can. They are calling for hot here over the weekend – but accompanied by rain and thunderstorms.
Beautiful blooms!!! πΈπ

I so love Forget-Me-Nots, too. Weirdly, they are the only ones I know their real name of Myosotis. Yes, spring is sprung!
Glad you love. π

I hear you. I was shocked to get it myself in March. Doesn’t matter how much you take care…

Q
What is it about summer that leaves us shaking our heads, every single time?
Summer is like that brilliant kid who skips out on most of the semester and then shows up for the final, cold . . . and still aces the test.
As do you. Ace. Wednesdays.

Thank you, my friend! This week the temps tell us not to get too excited. We cooked last week, and this week? Not so much! Was 45Β°F this morning!

We actually have 3-6″ of white stuff in the forecast tomorrow. We’ll see if it materializes but I hear you on about being on a rollercoaster. π

Ugh. I suppose living where you do, you must get used to the white stuff making a regular appearance way after winter is over…
