I cannot believe I screwed up the scheduling. Again!
And thank you, our concert hall is comprised of five different rooms, if you will. Lately, everything I’ve gone to has been at this main one (wouldn’t mind being able to show other parts but hey…)
That’s a beautiful concert hall! After seeing it earlier on FB, not surprised you used it. Thanks for the support art images. In terms of the scheduling, no big deal … it happens. Happy Wednesday!
Thank you, Frank. I usually try to avoid using photos I’ve shared on IG/FB but sometimes, I just gotta 😉 (And know that only a few of you might have seen it…)
That is a wonderful concert hall, Dale. Great photos. I’d love to see something there. especially if I could reserve an entire upper side box of seats.
Thank you, Bruce. It is lovely. It is one of five halls within the huge building. I’ve sat in a box once or twice and it is definitely doable to reserve it all 😉 All it takes is money 😉
No prob. I was working with little internet service so I had no idea.
I really like the 3rd one that looks like a Henry Moore sculpture, though it’s not. He’s someone I admire, so I look for him in shapes that come my way, like that one.
Your photos are always so eclectic. It’s a real treat for your admirers.
I love the nice comments you get…all sincere simmering in appreciation. 🙂
Now THAT is what a night of arts and entertainment should look and behave like. It should roust your mind into all the many possibilities before you immerse yourself in the talents of a symphony. I love these!
Dear Dale,
I love these photos. That’s some concert hall and you’ve captured it well.
Shalom and lotsa symphonic hugs,
Rochelle

What a wonderful placed to lose all track of time in seeing beautiful things.

Oh yes indeed. If I could afford it, I would be at the theatre once per week to see an orchestra, a play, whatever show…

In a couple of them it took my mind a moment to focus and then I smiled. Well done.

I was about to send out the troops! 😉 I hate when my internet service goes out.
It’s an interesting piece – I included the artist’s name but it’s hard to read unless you are able to blow it up. Hans Schleeh (never heard of him).
I’m glad you think so. I would hate to be a one-note photographer (not that there is anything wrong with that, I suppose).
I do appreciate all the comments I get. Yours are always so lovely.

I read his name, and wouldn’t be surprised if Moore was an influence. I know, we’re such creatures of habit.

I looked him up. German born, moved to Canada – no mention of who influenced him (but that doesn’t mean anything 😉 )
