While the winter mural is definitely more to the jam that I rhythm to, the spring portraits are the most welcoming. The winter jam is something Van Gogh’s great, great, great, great, great(?) grandson would have come up with. Yanno, an IT brat who dabbles in the fine arts?

I like that you see a winter mural on the left side – I saw a sky and planets. I wonder what they were seeing as they painted it – it just so doesn’t belong with the rest. And yes, an IT brat who dabbles in fine arts is a perfect description!

I had been walking for quite a while (while my daughter was in surgery) and on my way back, saw this. Such a welcome surprise! The snow does give it a little extra oomph, eh? xoxo

Yes it is. Dabbles but doesn’t (Van) Gogh the way the master once did. And that’s alright. The Louvre can only invite so many peeps inside.
