I cannot help but share the skies today. Wild fires are burning all over the provinces of Quebec (and Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and out west) and we can smell them all the way in Montreal and where I live despite them being hundreds of miles away. The first two are the morning sun and the last the late afternoon smog.
Monday night’s sunset was crazy outside my front door. Just a giant orange orb, suspended. I played with so many settings on my camera trying to get different results and chose these to share.
And one cell phone pic – which turned out rather cool, too!
On April 8 of this year, I had visitors that I had never had before. From afar, I thought they were simply a bunch of different looking sparrows, come to take a bath and cool drink. Imagine my surprise when I brought out the zoom to find out they were a bunch of Bohemian Waxwings! I didn’t upload them in time for that week’s WW and then, silly me, forgot about them. So, sorry, not sorry, you get a bunch of pics because I couldn’t make up my mind. Just click and scroll 🙂
